| 摘 要： | 在当今时代,作为向读者传输知识和提供信息服务的重要阵地,图书馆在推动社会进步方面发挥着越来越重要的作用.因此,图书馆必须加强对图书馆员的职业道德建设,规范其职业道德行为,以充分发挥图书馆的社会文化职能,充分履行图书馆的社会责任,促进图书馆的现代化建设.
