| Abstract: | This paper analyses the legal nature and validity of back-dated marine cargo insurance policy as well as the legal aftermath after the insurer indemnifies the insured based on the back-dated policy.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward some measures to avoid the legal aftermath caused by issuing back-dated policy. |
