| 摘 要： | 公诉证明对象、公诉证据标准和公诉证明方式三个核心问题可以初步构建起公诉证明的理论框架。公诉证明对象包括事实、定罪和量刑三方面;公诉证据标准应当与法院定罪标准相一致;公诉证明方式应当吸收故事讲述模式的有益因素,从"故事"的全面性、一致性、独特性的角度衡量是否达到了证明标准,并合理拟定举证顺序。
