The CPPCC is an important institution for multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of CPC, with the Chinese Communist Party as the leadership core and the democratic parties and people’s organizations as the basis, which is the legal political party participated by all democratic parties, has played a pivotal role to promote inter-party relations. The democratic consultation embodies the spirit of democracy.
