| 摘 要： | 诉讼应是法律的真实生命,是法治工作用力的动力,并且也是法制教育的重要渠道。法律上的权利难以诉讼;诉讼中存 在着暗箱操作;并且自古以来便有厌诉传统;这些因素制约着诉讼。随着权利意识和民主精神的提高,司法官员入门台阶的提高以及 改进和监督司法,以造就诉讼资源。

| Abstract: | Lawsuit is the real existence of law and also an incentive to promote law work. As there are difficulties and also illegal operations in lawsuit, people are unwilling to take legal action. The increasing a wareness of rights and democracy, improvement of supervision law and the increasing quality of law workers constitute lawsuit resources. |
