| Abstract: | To construct a reasonable and scientific talents cultivating mode, we should know the connotation and elements of talents cultivating mode well. Based on the present situation of talent cultivating mode in China, this paper analyzes the existing problems and tries to construct an innovative educational system in higher vocational colleges, which may be adaptable to the situation of China. |
