从中交一航局第一工程公司"鲅鱼圈"项目部的工作实践中,我们可以得到这样一些启示:将职工群众的作用视为企业成功发展的根本保证,是党的群众路线的基层体现;以职工群众的创造作为党政工"麻花式"管理的目标追求,是党的群众路线的基层实践;用对职工的态度来考察领导干部的党性原则,则是党的群众路线的基层检验。
