| 摘 要： | 正义是柏拉图伦理、政治、社会学说中最重要的、最基本的概念，柏拉图将正义理解为“各安其位、各司其职”。正义观中所蕴含的精英政治、恪尽职守、集体主义等伦理思想对我国今天的行政人员道德建设有着重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | As the most important and fundamental concept in Plato＇ s theories on ethics, politics and society, justice is defined by Plato as idea of ＇making appropriate location and performing its own functions＇ which contains such ethic thoughts as elite politics, abiding by office duties and collectivism. These thoughts have important reference meaning to the moral construction of china＇ s administrative staffs. |
