| Abstract: | The basic function of the trade union is to maintain the economic benefits,the democratic political rights and the mental cultural rights and interests of the wide staff and workers, including: the maintenance of the economic benefits of the staff and workers is the key contents. The challenges brought to the Chinese trade unions arising from the accession to WTO are outstandingly shown on the influence on the physical labor employment,labor remuneration and the social security. |
