论文化因素在构建和谐警民关系中的作用

文化因素是影响警民关系的重要因素之一。包括：警察亚文化因素、社会对警察的刻板印象、中国传统文化、民族文化、本土文化等。文化因素对警民关系的影响突出体现在文化的差异性：警察亚文化与社会文化的差异、传统文化与现代文化的差异、中西文化差异、地域文化的差异性等等均可影响警民关系的和谐发展，甚至引发冲突。合理利用文化因素，解决警民关系中的文化差异问题。实现警民关系文化融合的有效途径是：加强警察文化体系建设、配备专职的文化沟通人员、提升警察文化素质。
