| 摘 要： | 对塑料制品上的鸡蛋清形成的蛋白质潜在手印进行硝酸银染色实验:在几种塑料制品上用鸡蛋清捺印样本,样本分别经无水乙醇固定、硝酸银-乙酸溶液染色、蒸馏水清洗三遍,晾干;再置于日光下光照至鸡蛋清手印显出棕黄色清晰纹线,10天以内的手印均可显出。该方法操作简单,对于塑料制品上蛋白质潜在手印的显现效果良好,可以在实践中加以应用。

| Abstract: | 1) Objective: silver nitrate experiment: cover the latent fingerprint by egg white on plastics, get the feasible reagent formulas and manipulation way, and discuss its feasibility. 2) Methods: press fingerprint on several plastics with egg whites, the samples first are fixed up by pyroalcohol, second, stained in silver nitrate - acetic alcoholic solution, then cleaned three times with distilled water, airing and put under sunlight until the print to emerge. 3) Results: Egg white show clear tan print. The way can show the fingerprint in ten days. 4) Conclusion: The operation is simple, which has wonderful effect to the latent and proteinous fingerprint on plastics, and should be spread in practice. |
