科学发展观是与科学社会主义相通的,我们党提出的科学发展观是与时俱进的马克思主义发展观,是对科学社会主义理论的新贡献;科学发展观与"三个文明"建设既密切联系,又相互独立,必须正确认识和处理它们之间的辩证关系,以及如何用科学发展观指导我国社会主义实践。

On Scientific Development View and Scientific Socialism

The scientific development view has something in common with scientific socialism. It was put forward by the Communist Party of China and is the Marxist development view characterized by the times. It's a new contribution to the theory of scientific socialism. The scientific development view, on the one hand, is closely related to the construction of the "Three Civilizations", on the other hand, it is independent from the construction of the "Three Civilizations". Therefore, we should correctly realize and handle the dialectical relationships between the two and direct China's socialist practice with such a scientific development view.
