| Abstract: | In the process of institutional reformation of the postal service management in China, it is imperative to carry out transformation from "integration of enterprises and the government" into "detachment of enterprises from the government" gradually. The change of operating structure will be brought about on the basis of the transformation mentioned above. Realize the reformation of joint-stock system and lift the ban on management in order to walk into capital market at long last. |
