关于高校新教师专业发展的思考

摘    要:高校新教师一般是指年龄在35岁以下,教学工作不满三年,具有教师资格或初级职称者。重视高校新教师专业发展问题,对高校教师队伍的专业化建设有着重要意义。新教师要树立专业发展观,强化教师职业意识;新教师要树立自我专业发展意识,培育爱岗敬业精神;高校要建立有效的知识增长和更新机制,促进新教师更好更快地成长。

Abstract:The new teachers in university are those who are under 35 in age,have taught for less than 3 years,and have got qualification as a teacher or the primary profession titles.Emphasizing the new teachers' professional development in university is significant to the professional construction of the teaching staff in universities.The new teachers should build up the view of professional development,strengthen their professional consciousness;they should build up the consciousness of self-development and their love and dedication to their job.The university authorities should set effective mechanism for acquiring and upgrading knowledge so as to promote the new teachers to develop in a quicker and better way.
