| Abstract: | In accordance with Article 308 of the Contract Law, the shipper is entitled to modify or dissolve the contract of the carriage of goods by sea. The mentioned provision is too simple. Article 308 should be amended in order to define duration of right, the parties with the right or duty and so on. |
