| 摘 要： | 面向21世纪,面向WTO,高等教育应有新的教育模式,应当有较为完善的学生导师制度。通过有组织的学生相互教学,保证培养的人才不仅有知识和技能,而且有强烈的竞争意识、平等意识、创新意识和蓬勃的创业能力。
