| 摘 要： | 正义，是和谐社会建设中的一个重要原则。罗尔斯正义原则实质上是一种先验永恒的抽象正义观，其实质仍然是资产阶级的价值观，其主要关注的是“分配正义”，而忽视了生产过程。因此，我们必须坚持用批判继承的眼光来对待他的两个正义原则。

| Abstract: | Justice is an important principle in the building of a harmonious society.Rawls is essentially a priori,eternal and abstract concept of justice,bourgeois values,its main concern is the distribution of justice,while ignoring the production process.Therefore,we must adhere to critical and inherited vision to treat his two principles of justice. |
