| 摘 要： | 我国1997年修订的刑法完善了刑事法律对环境资源的保护，在保护环境和资源方面发挥了一定的作用，但仍存有一些不足。目前，我国环境资源的刑法保护主要有刑法典、刑法修正案和附属刑法三种形式。文章拟从探讨我国环境资源刑法保护的现状及其缺陷入手，进而对环境资源的刑法保护提出完善之策。

| Abstract: | The criminal law that remand in 1997 enhanced the protection on environment and resources, and played a role in protecting the environment. There are three forms in criminal law to protect environment and resources： Criminal Law, Amendment to Criminal Law and accessory criminal law. The article starts with the situation of criminal protection to environment and resources, and then finds out the defects, points out the countermeasures in the end. |
