| 摘 要： | 能否将各方面的社会优秀人才集聚到党和国家事业中来,关系党政干部队伍结构的改善,关系党和政府管理经济与社会能力的提高,进而关乎党和国家事业的兴衰。当前,畅通社会优秀人才进入党政干部队伍渠道,既面临思想层面的障碍,也存在现有渠道不足、不通畅和配套制度难以衔接的问题。为此,必须进一步解放思想,改革和完善党政干部队伍的准入机制,拓宽和创新社会优秀人才进入党政干部队伍渠道,建立起人才评价、激励、流动等配套机制。

| Abstract: | Whether the talents who have different backgrounds can be attracted to be members of the Party and government really matters the improvement of the cadres structure and the enhancement of government’s capability to social and economic management,even matters the whole nation.Currently,there are some obstacles to fulfill this project,thus,it is needed to emancipate the mind and reform further,and perfect the mechanism,expand the path for attracting talents and build the relevant mechanism for evaluation and motivation. |
