| 摘 要： | 创造力在刑事侦查工作中有着重要作用,当前刑警具有较强的创造力.刑警的创造力因毕业院校等因素引起的差异不显著,但刑警的文化教育程度、从事刑警工作时间的长短而引起的创造力水平差异却非常显著.通过培养创造力素质、扩展想象力、开展发散思维和直觉思维训练、学会正确的思维方式等途径,能有效提高刑警及公安院校学生的创造力.

| Abstract: | Creativity plays an important role in criminal investigation and our criminal policemen enjoy powerful creativity at present.Their creativity differs remarkably because of their educational degree,working duration rather than graduating from different college or universities.However,by means of developing their creativity quality,expanding their imaginative faculty and launching training for dispersal and intuition thinking as well as grasping correct ways of thought,we can effectively improve the creativity of criminal police's and students of public security colleges and universities. |
