| 摘 要： | 推进国有商业银行股份制改造,核心是建立完善的公司治理结构,能否构建有效的公司治理结构,决定着国有商业银行改革的成败。为此,必须针对国有商业银行公司治理结构存在的问题,从完善公司制度、优化组织结构、建立激励机制等方面采取相应的对策措施,以期实现国有商业银行公司治理结构改革的A目标。
