銀監會修訂《消費金融公司試點管理辦法》

2013年9月26日,銀監會發佈通知,就《消費金融公司試點管理辦法（修訂稿）》公開徵求意見。此前,銀監會已在全面總結消費金融公司試點運營經驗和充分徵求相關部門、機構意見的基礎上,對《消費金融公司試點管理辦法》（以下簡稱《辦法》）進行了修訂,著重針對主要出資人條件、業務範圍和經營規則等方面作出修改和調整,以體現和落實擴大試點的有關要求,並解決目前試點公司業務發展和監管工作中反映出來的較為迫切的重點問題。同時,

CBRC Revised the Measures for Administration of Pilot Consumer Finance Companies

On September 26, 2013, the China Banking Regulatory Commission （the CBRC） issued a notice, soliciting public opinions about the Measures for Administration of the Pilot Consumer Finance Companies （revised）. Before that, after the CBRC has summarized the operation experience of the pilot consumer finance companies and solicited the opinions of the relevant departments and institutions, it revised the Measures for Administration of the Pilot Consumer Finance Companies （hereinafter referred to as the Measures）.
