在线劳动力市场就业效应研究

摘    要:在线劳动力市场由于其交互性、便捷性等特点成为信息化时代劳动者工作搜寻的方式之一。学者分析在线劳动力市场提供的大数据时,发现其就业效应的发挥会受到文化、不完全信息、网络设施便利性、语言、教育水平等多方面因素的影响。这些阻碍因素直接影响着劳动者在就业市场的竞价能力和有效就业信息的获得,而且在线劳动力市场也存在外部不经济现象。例如:资源配置不公、欺诈行为等。在线劳动力市场的发展更需要政府、信息技术提供者、数据使用者等多方面共同建设,才能更好地发挥资源配置效率的作用。

Abstract:Online labor market has become one of the ways During job search in the information age because of its interactive, convenient and so on. Online labor market provides large data convenience for the study of scholars , while the employment effect of will be affected by culture,incomplete information, convenience of network facilities, language, educational level, and many other factors. These factors have a direct impact on the competitive ability of workers in the job market and the access to effective employment information, and there are also external non economic phenomena in the online labor market, for example, unfair allocation of resources, fraud, etc. The development of online labor market needs the government, information technology, and data users, and so on. It can play a better role in the allocation of resources.
