| 摘 要： | 在校大学生从事兼职等社会实践活动已成为比较普遍的现象。可是,今天的大学生从事兼职的动机,不再以解决经济问题为最主要原因,而是希望通过兼职开阔视野、提高实践能力,为求职打基础。在这一过程中出现的一些问题,值得关注。

| Abstract: | It is rather common for university students to have a part-time job and take part in other social practice activities.However,the first motivation of having a part-time job is not to solve economic problems anymore but to widen their field of vision,to improve their practice ability and to ground future job.We should pay attention to some problems in this process. |
