| 摘 要： | 西部大开发战略的启动,打破了民族地区原有的较为封闭的模式,使民族地区的发展纳入到整个发展的大局之中.在这种发展的总体趋势之下,民族法治的发展必须顺应时代的潮流,把握好民族法治化的新趋向,主要包括民族地区法律信仰的建构趋向、民族区域立法的科学化与人权化趋向、司法与执法合法化和合理化趋向.如何去把握新的趋向,成为民族地区法治发展的关键.

| Abstract: | The arrival of the develop-the-west strategy, which has broken the already existing and comparatively close mode in the ethnic minority area, make the development of the ethnic minority area bring into the overall situation of the whole development. Under the overall trend of this kind of development, the development of rule by law must comply with the trends of the times, mainly including legal faith, scientific legislation, legal and rational administration of justice .How to hold the new trend, become the key of development governed by law of ethnic minority area. |
