| 摘 要： | 现阶段,我国正处于社会转型、体制转轨的深刻变革时期,各种不稳定、不确定因素也随着社会的转型而大量增多,由此导致社会群体性事件特别是“涉农群体性事件”的多发。对策:1.灵活性与原则性相结合;2.随时提供准确翔实的预警性信息;3.做到社会联动,妥善处置等。

| Abstract: | The Chinese society is now in a profound changing period of social transformation as well as system shunt.Abundant of unstable and unidentified social complications increase in this changing society,which can stimulate occurrence of many social mass contingencies,especially those involving peasants.Working strategies: 1) Dealing with contingency events with flexibility and principia;2) Ready to provide acute and detailed police alarm information all the time;3) All social participation and treatment in appropriate ways. |
