| 摘 要： | 西部作为我国少数民族的主要聚居地．其发展对于我国整体国力的提高与社会稳定都具有十分重要的意义。因此，我们应充分发挥统一战线的独特功能，结合西部地区特色，从经济上、城乡统筹上、文化上，以及民族政策上促进西部地区和谐发展。
