| Abstract: | 2014 is an important year to promote the more close relationship between China and Russia. The successful exchange between leaders visits bring new opportunities to trade and investment. In the new situation and new problems, Heilongjiang province should seize the advantage on Russiag communication, consolidate and develop the traditional friendship, further expand the channels of cultural exchange and cooperation to promote the economic and trade cooperation to the next level. |
