The Modernization of Financial Service and the Reconstruction of Financial Legal System

China has already developed a basic financial regulatory framework which is suited to the socialist market economy in general and financial developments in particular. A new challenge to its financial regulations is the modernization of financial services which is discernible from financial policy de - regulations, cybernation and globalization of services, and development of financial giants. To restructure financial regulations in our country, we should set it a basic objective to promote modernization of financial services and adopt a strategy of "making rules first but focusing on services; designing in an integrated manner while progressing from key points".
