| Abstract: | The current international situation is unusually complex and changeable with the characteristics of multi-polarization,globalization and accelerated accumulation of information.After the post cold war,international orders set the stage for major adjustments.China has started an increasingly close interaction with the world and its international role becomes more clear.We must hold our ground,lay a solid foundation,make a scientific planning and take the opportunity to go ahead. |
