| Abstract: | An investigation was made on the legislation,jurisdiction and administration of the Roman republic from the constitutional point of view in this paper.It held that the Roman republic represented itself as the mutual cooperation and restriction not only of the three major institutions,i.e.,the magistracy,the senate and the people assemblies,but also in the legislation,jurisdiction and administration;albeit the situation of the power restriction in the three fields varied in different times. |
