| 摘 要： | 侦查假说贯穿于侦查工作的始终,以现场勘查和初步调查得到的案情材料为根据,运用日常经验和科学知识,确定侦查范围并进行相应部署、选择侦查方向和手段、配备侦查的力量等,就侦查破案的实践性视角而言也是对侦查假说不断地修改、补充和完善的过程。侦查假说的提出、确证和构成体系,是通向案件侦破的必要条件。
