| 摘 要： | 中国要实现十八大提出的收入倍增目标，需要经济保持较高增长速度。未来经济高速发展需要找到新的着力点和增长极。该文建议以做大融资为着力点，通过政府的强力支持和带动，营造中国全民创新、全民创业的生动局面，打造中国中小微企业增长极。
