| 摘 要： | 通过对近年来村干部职务犯罪现象进行分析,总结其犯罪特征、犯罪诱因,提出惩治村干部职务犯罪之对策,对惩治村干部职务犯罪实践中遇到的法律问题进行探讨,并建议通过立法来完善惩治村干部犯罪的相应法律规定,以期更有效地惩治和遏制村干部职务犯罪。
