| Abstract: | Constitution is basic law of China. Some contents in the bill of amendment proposed new requirements for law enforcements of public security agencies. The contents include the protection of private property, protection of human rights, the system building of social welfare, the protection of non-public economy and state of emergency. We should change our ideology to improve the law enforcement. |
