| 摘 要： | 全球化及区域经济一体化背景下,东北亚在物流领域合作的需求急剧上升。尤其面对当前全球金融危机,对东北亚区域的物流整合重组已迫在眉睫。环渤海经济带处于东北亚经济圈中心位置,其独特的物流资源成为加强东北亚国际物流开发合作的优势。在分析环渤海地区及东北亚区域的物流资源条件下,以当前东北亚的物流合作为基础,提出了东北亚物流合作机制,建设"一区、三枢纽、五通道"的东北亚区域物流中心。
