云南省公安机关警务实战教育训练工作的调查与思考

根据对对昆明、红河、版纳公安机关开展调研情况，近年来云南公安机关对民警的警务实战教育培训取得了突出成效，有效提高了民警的警务实战技能。同时，各地公安机关在教育培训方面还是不同程度存在对警务实战重视不够、训练的针对性有待进一步加强等问题；公安民警在实战中存在安全意识不强，警械武器使用能力有待进一步提高等问题。为此，要不断加强和改进警务实战教学，完善教学和训练的组织管理体制，贴近实战，提高教育训练的针对性和实效性，切实提高基层民警的战斗力。

Research and Thinking on Practical Education and Training of Policing in Public Security Organs of Yunnan Province

Based on a research conducted in public security organs in Kunming, Honghe and Xishuang hanna, it shows that practical education and training of policing in public security organs have achieved signifi cant result as efficiently improved policing tactics of police officers.
