| 摘 要： | 高校党组织在师德师风建设中发挥着重要的作用。但近年来却存在着思想建设缺乏有效性、制度建设缺乏系统性、组织建设缺乏指导性的不足，本文从思想教育模式，制度体系设计、组织机构设置三方面寻找创新路径，提高高校党组织思想建设实效性，制度设计系统性，组织建设指导性，从而引领师德师风建设。
