浅谈公安院校学生思想工作的动态管理——以计算机犯罪侦查方向学生为例

由于互联网管控难度非常大,因此要求网警必须在斗争中经受住考验,这也对公安院校学生管理工作提出了更高的要求,文章针对学生各阶段特点,介绍了集体活动法与谈心法,并详细说明了实施方法与同仁商榷,以期提高学生管理工作的水平,实现学生在校期间的完美蜕变,达到为公安一线输送合格的预备警官的目的。

Dynamic Management of Students’ Ideological Work in Public Security Institutions——Taking the Example of Students Majoring in Computer Crime Investigation

As it is very difficult to control the Internet,it requires cyber police to withstand the test in the struggle,and puts forward higher requirements for the student management work in public security institutions.This article introduces collective activities and heart-to-heart talks according to the characteristics of students in different stages and elaborates on the implementation methods to give some enlightenment to colleagues,aiming at improving the level of student management work,realizing the perfect changes of students in school and achieving the goal of supplying qualified police officers for public security organs.
