A New Definition of the Concept of Administrative Compensation

After the amendment of the constitution in 2004,the constitution explicitly declared that the state protect the citizens'private property rights in accordance with the law.This is the milestone of the development of the constitutional government system of our country.The theoretical and practical problems concerning"administrative compensation"once again become a focus of discussion in the law circles.We should probe into the concept,the principles,the scope and the nature of the administrative compensation.
