| 摘 要： | 政府建设是中国特色社会主义政治建设进而是中国特色社会主义全面建设或总体、整体建设的重要组成部分,其基本内容主要包括政府理念建设、政府基础建设,政府制度建设、政府组织建设、政府作风建设、政府能力建设和政府人的建设等。本文着重探讨了政府理念建设、政府基础建设问题。
