| 摘 要： | 当前,制约产学研实现科学发展的主要问题是运行机制缺乏、以市场需求为原动力理念缺失、技术成果有效需求不足、缺乏科学的利益分配机制、缺乏典型经验的借鉴、相关理论与政策及法律研究滞后等。推动产学研实现科学发展,应建立健全科学发展机制、利益与风险和谐共担机制、风险投资机制,应完善政策措施,高校应进一步树立科学合作意识,要加强相关理论、政策和法律研究,为产学研实现科学发展提供有效保障。
