| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济持续、快速、健康的发展,高等院校普遍扩大招生规模,加之全球金融危机不断蔓延的新形势,我国大学生就业形势更显紧张。本文在客观分析大学生就业困难成因的基础上,提出了新形势下促进大学生就业的若干对策建议。
