| 摘 要： | 侦查行为经济效益的产生是个复杂的系统工程运作的结果,这个过程是包括侦查人员主体要素、案件要素、行为本身生成经济效益要素、科技含量要素、社会要素等系统要素作用与合成的过程,正是这些影响经济效益的系统因素彼此之间的运动、连接、贯通、结合、比较、分析、考察、鉴别,从而保证了侦查行为经济效益再生和重构的实现。
