| 摘 要： | 建国后,中国共产党对计划和市场关系的认识经历了两次＂否定之否定＂,一次是从新中国建立到1992年中共十四大,一次是从中共十四大以来至今。经过这两次＂否定之否定＂,计划和市场的关系在中国的变迁,最终指向有计划的社会主义市场经济体制,这构成了科学发展观在发展体制上的重要内涵。

| Abstract: | After the founding of the People's Republic of China,there have been two negations-of-negation in understanding the relationship between planning and market by the Communist Party of China.One existed between the founding of the People's Republic and the 14th Party Congress in 1992.The other exists from the closing of the 14th Party Congress to the present.Through these two negations-of-negation, the change of relationship between planning and market in China ultimately points to the direction of a socialis... |
