党员和党员领导干部学习动力问题研究

当前党员和党员领导干部学习动力尚有不足现象,且大部分是在外在压力推动下学习,还存在错误学习态度问题。出现这些问题有思想教育、物质利益、用人导向、环境氛围和组织领导等诸方面的原因。为切实提高党员和党员领导干部的学习动力,要教育帮助他们增强对知识的理性认识,引导他们坚定党的理想信念、确立个人的理想目标、发展有益的兴趣爱好,还要营造良好学习氛围,做好制度设计与安排,加强学习考核和督查。
