新形势下加强警营文化建设的思考

警营文化具有励警、育警、律警、悦警的功能。当前对警营文化的重要性认识不足,需加强警营文化建设的紧迫感。因此,要以弘扬精神为核心,增强警营文化的凝聚力;以基础建设为载体,增强警营文化的硬实力;以创新方法为重点,增强警营文化的吸引力;以警民互动为纽带,增强警营文化的影响力;以激励帮扶为抓手,增强警营文化的能动力;以参与休闲为助推,增强警营文化的亲和力;以能力提升为主旨,增强警营文化的持续力,切实加强警营文化建设,从而实现警营文化功能。

On Strengthening the Construction of the Police Culture in the New Situation

Police culture has functions of encouragement,education,discipline and amusement.But we are lack of the understanding of its importance now.We need to strengthen the awareness of urgency to build the Police Culture,carry forward the spirit as the core and enhance its cohesion,base construction as the carrier and enhance its hard power,link the interaction and enhance its cultural influence,encourage support for grasper and enhance its cultural activism,participate in leisure for boosting and enhanced its cultural affinity,enhance the ability for the purpose and its sustainability,to strengthen the construction of police culture and achieve function.
