| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡发展，是中共中央从全面建设小康社会和完善社会主义市场经济体制全局出发做出的重大战略决策。该文通过对烟台市莱山区的深入调研，阐述了该区在统筹城乡发展方面的四大实践措施，总结了两点值得借鉴的做法，并为该区下一步的城乡统筹发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Balancing urban- rural development is the critical strategic decision made by the Central Committee of CPC to construct well - off society and improve socialist market economy. Based on the in - depth investigation and research in Laishan District, Yantai City, this paper elucidates the four practical measures adopted in the district balancing urban - rural development, summarizes two points for reference and puts forwards relevant suggestions. |
