| Abstract: | The author was talking about the concept of investigative pattern etc, and expounding the existed problem of investigative pattern in our country. At last, the author suggested that we perfect the investigative pattern. Including: strengthen the authority to supervise for the investigative action, extend the suspect's proceeding s rights and so on. |
