| 摘 要： | 劳务派遣用工方式，对于方便劳动者就业和企业用工、妥善解决地区间经济关系等问题起了一定作用。但近年来，这种用工形式被无限制的扩大了使用范围，就显示出其负面效应来。《劳动合同法》对于劳务派遣的规定不很具体，在操作方面留下一定漏洞。必须抓紧时间，及时出台弥补性的规定，以保证制订和实施《劳动合同法》宗旨的实现。

| Abstract: | The form of the labor dispatch plays a certain role in facilitating the labors＇and workers＇ employment and dealing with the economic relationship among different areas. However, in recent years, the form has been misused by enlarging its scope of application. Thus, the negative effects reveal. ＂The Labor Law＂ defines the rules of the labor dispatch so vaguely that it leaves a huge leak for practice. It is time to publish prosthetic laws to ensure the formulation and implement of the law. |
